1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at rankrightlocal.com or purchasing any service from RankRight Local LLC ("RankRight Local", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RankRight Local provides Google Business Profile management services exclusively for HVAC companies operating in the United States. Our services include:

• Google Business Profile optimisation and ongoing management
• Google Posts creation and publishing
• Review monitoring and response
• Citation building and NAP consistency management
• Geo-grid ranking reports using Local Falcon (on applicable plans)
• Competitor monitoring (on applicable plans)
• Monthly performance reporting
• Free Google Maps audit for prospective clients

3. Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to HVAC companies operating within the United States. By purchasing a plan, you confirm that your business is an HVAC company actively operating in at least one US city or metropolitan area. RankRight Local reserves the right to decline service to businesses that do not meet this eligibility requirement, with a full refund of any payment made.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorise RankRight Local to charge your selected payment method for the plan amount indicated at checkout.

• Monthly plans: Billed once per month on the date of your initial payment. Each billing cycle renews automatically until cancelled.
• Annual plans: Billed as a single upfront payment covering 12 months at the discounted annual rate. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you immediately. Services may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

All prices are listed in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under your local jurisdiction.

5. Cancellation Policy

RankRight Local operates on a no-contract, month-to-month basis. You may cancel your monthly plan at any time by providing 30 days written notice to hello@rankrightlocal.com.

• Notice must be submitted via email to hello@rankrightlocal.com
• Your service will continue for the full 30-day notice period
• You will not be charged for any period beyond the 30-day notice period
• Annual plan clients may cancel with 30 days notice but are not entitled to a refund of the remaining unused portion, unless cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of purchase

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the services you have purchased, you agree to:

• Grant RankRight Local Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile within 48 hours of purchase
• Complete the onboarding form with accurate information about your business, service areas, and top services
• Provide photos of your team, vehicles, and completed work when requested
• Respond to communications from RankRight Local within 5 business days
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your business information, hours, or services
• Not make changes to your Google Business Profile without notifying us first, as conflicting edits can harm your rankings

7. Results and Performance

RankRight Local provides Google Business Profile management based on established best practices for local SEO. While we are confident in our methods, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, call volumes, or revenue outcomes. Google's ranking algorithm is controlled entirely by Google and can change at any time.

Typical clients begin seeing measurable ranking improvement within 60 to 90 days. Results vary by market competitiveness, current profile condition, and consistency of review generation by the client.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on rankrightlocal.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of RankRight Local LLC. Content created by RankRight Local on behalf of clients, including Google Posts, business descriptions, and Q&A responses, becomes the property of the client upon creation and may be retained after service termination.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of the service relationship. RankRight Local will not share your business data, performance metrics, or client details with any third party except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankRight Local LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RankRight Local in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable US arbitration rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

RankRight Local reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
